Eligibility for Return
- Satisfaction-based returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your Tow-EZ, a return may be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Defect-based returns: Returns due to a manufacturing defect or material flaw must be initiated within one (1) year of the original purchase date.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, but may take longer to reach your statement.
